Were looking for an experienced

Senior Project Manager

to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electro-mechanical engineering design projects for our Hampshire based client. This hands-on role is key to aligning technical projects with business objectives, managing resources, timelines, budgets, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead cross-functional teams through all project phases

Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and risk

Ensure quality standards and engineering best practices are met

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates

Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline

Proven experience delivering complex engineering projects end-to-end

Strong technical understanding of engineering principles

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage budgets and adapt to evolving requirements
