Job descriptionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, corporate, hospitality, and public sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, event planners, and decision-makers. Present creative and customised proposals that showcase our experiential offerings. Meet or exceed sales targets, goals, and KPIs. Understand client needs, budgets, and visions to recommend suitable products and experiences. Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to develop tailored solutions. Provide accurate quotes, timelines, and expectations for delivery and installation. Stay informed about seasonal trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed. Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and communications using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the management team. Proven sales experience, Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A creative mindset with the ability to sell visual and experiential concepts. Self-motivated and able to work independently, especially during peak holiday seasons. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (experience with design software is a bonus). Own transport
Our client based in Halifax are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join them on a permanent basis., selling a unique and bespoke service
Package
- Monday to Friday days
- Free on site parking
- £30,0000 - £35,000 plus £5200 car allowance
- Bonus / commission scheme
