What's on offer :

Salary : Circa £60,000 + bonus(dependant on qualification and experience).

Start Date : ASAP

Hours : 9-5.30pm (flexible working but expected to attend the office at least 3 days a week). Parking : Currently free on site.

Holidays : Standard plus extra bank holidays.

The Firm

Our client law firm based in Potters Bar is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to come and join them full-time. They are a Property based law firm with existing client base and considerable repeat business, together with referrals and recommendations.

The Candidate

Ideally the successful candidate must be 5+yrs pqe and able to work unsupervised and who can handle high volume Residential Conveyancing.

Good organisational skills and able to work under pressure.

Understanding the importance of keeping clients informed and updated and communicating with other solicitors and the estate agents.

Will be working alone with paralegal support but as part of a team with the other conveyancers across the firm.
