We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager / Project Lead to managerthe refurbishment of a prestigious hotel project in Hertfordshire for a well-known main contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-profile renovation and deliver an exceptional result within an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the refurbishment project from inception to completion, ensuring it meets all quality, cost, and time objectives.
• Coordinate all contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to project plans.
• Oversee the project schedule, proactively addressing any potential risks or delays.
• Manage the budget and ensure financial control, working with senior stakeholders to approve budgets, forecasts, and change requests.
• Ensure all Health & Safety and legal compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the client, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Report regularly on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and implementing effective solutions.
