Senior Project Manager

The Opportunity

Having been awarded several new contracts this leading Heat Network Consultancy is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to run a multi-million pound hospital decarbonisation project. You will be responsible for ensuring the project deliverables meet the client requirements and are delivered safely, on time and within budget across a wide range of activities.

The Role

The Project Manager will manage the delivery of a multi-million pound Hospital retrofit project (across multiple buildings) which includes the following scope :

Supply, installation, and commissioning of plant room equipment that is end of life, or required pump sets, control valves, BMS / controls, water quality plant, electricity supplies.

Replacement of radiators and AHU coils / fans / motors to allow operation at lower flow temperatures

Replacement of 12no. AHUs
