Overview

Psychology Teacher : London. Temporary position starting in September. Salary £140 to £230 per day. Open to early career teachers (ECTs).

Location : Islington, London. The school is a secondary school with strong SLT support and an established record of Progress 8 across subjects.

The Role

In this temporary Psychology Teacher role, the school seeks an ambitious teacher who can add value to an expanding department. The successful candidate will have experience engaging KS3 / KS4 students and managing behaviour.

The school caters to 1,023 pupils aged 11–19. It offers a positive, enthusiastic environment for staff and students. It has strong transport links (Elizabeth Line, Overground) with easy access by bus or a short walk from the station.

What You Will Do

Deliver engaging Psychology lessons to KS3 and KS4 cohorts. Contribute to department development and support school-wide teaching practices. Role requires effective behaviour management and a commitment to student progress.

Candidate Requirements

Experience with KS3 / KS4 and ability to manage behaviour in a secondary school setting. ECTs considered.
