Job descriptionHas relevant experience to meet HLTA standards Ideally holds a 2 : 1 or above in a UK Psychology degree, a Bachelor's in Education, or a related field Minimum of one years experience as a TA / LSA in a UK school Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum Confident leading a class and managing behaviour positively Adaptable, proactive, and a great team player A collaborative and welcoming team environment Ongoing CPD and in-house training Opportunities for progression, including pathways into teaching Supportive leadership who value staff wellbeing

- Support learning across the curriculum in EYFS, KS1 or / and KS2

- Lead small group interventions and contribute to planning
- Promote a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
