Deloitte’s Recovery and Resolution team sits in M&A (part of the wider Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory) and is now seeking top talent with strong academic and professional backgrounds to join our growing team :

• One of the largest Recovery and Resolution Advisory teams in the UK, operating across EMEA and internationally, with access to unrivalled resource across our global financial services practice
• Highly experienced senior team with extensive experience in the financial services industry, comprised of a diverse set of individuals from financial institutions, regulators and the Big 4

The Recovery and Resolution team provides specialised market-leading advice, supporting the stability of banks, insurers and capital markets, in BAU and throughout periods of financial stress, recovery, resolution and restructuring. The team works closely with colleagues across Deloitte to bring strategic solutions. We are currently looking for Manager and Assistant Managers to join the team.

As a member of the team, we will provide you with ongoing support to allow you to grow as a leading specialist in your field. For this role, we are looking for professionals with experience working in the banking and insurance industry and / or regulators and exposure to recovery and resolution regulatory regime being advantageous.

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
