This role will focus on supporting the development and implementation of reward strategies, conducting pay benchmarking, and advising on variable pay design. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential to support the CPO and wider HR team in delivering high-impact remuneration initiatives.

Rate
This Remuneration Specialist role offers a day rate of £500-£600, outside IR35. Please note : applicants must be UK-based and available to work hybrid, with 3 days per week in the City of London.
