Private PA to UHNWI and Family London, Mayfair + Global Travel

This fabulous role is for a fast paced, dynamic, energised Private PA who is looking to support an UHNWI and their family. We are looking for a polished, professional, highly discrete PA who is used to supporting at top level. The family operates on a global scale and their private life runs at 100 mph with many moving parts.

Daily, you will be liaising with the female principal with ad hoc communication with her husband and wider family, you will be working closely with the UK team and operating across world (especially Canada + US) where they have multiple properties.

We are looking for a trusted individual who is used to operating discretely and dealing with sensitive and confidential information. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as flexible approach. This is a busy role, based from the house in Mayfair 5 days a week, with ad hoc global travel.

Essential for this role is a candidate who has worked in a similar private position, is used to juggling multiple tasks, changing direction at a moment’s notice and working at pace.

• Extensive diary, meeting and global travel coordination
• Working closely with Chief of Staff and EA’s – London and US
• London ground transportation
• Pilot and security liaison for travel plans
• Ensure London property fully prepared for family arrival to include flowers, food stock, cleaning etc
• Global travel to include hotel bookings and transfer
• Event management, shopping, restaurant reservations and appointments
• Run errands on behalf of the family to include shopping, concierge and gift buying
• Extensive global communication – family, friends, close contacts
• Pet care – to include travel plans and paperwork
• General administrative support
