The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruiter to support hiring across our ventures, particularly within marketing and digital-focused roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to manage recruitment from end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and effective process that delivers top-tier talent.
We’re a small but bustling HR team that thrives on collaboration and shared success. No task is too small, and we pride ourselves on being close-knit, hands-on, and supportive — always ready to roll up our sleeves and get stuck in.
While the focus is recruitment, you’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in broader HR responsibilities – from onboarding to employee experience and team coordination. It's a great opportunity for someone who loves recruitment but is also looking to expand their skills and enjoy variety day-to-day, in an environment where challenge and fun go hand in hand.
Responsibilities
- Own recruitment processes from briefing through to offer for a variety of roles
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent, particularly in marketing and commercial roles
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers across our ventures, providing guidance and insight throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless experience for candidates
- Support on wider people initiatives such as employee engagement, events, and recognition programmes
- Maintain HR systems and employee data (e.g. BreatheHR)
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environmentProven experience hiring for marketing or commercial roles is a strong advantageStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHighly organised and able to manage multiple priorities with confidenceAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionA proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiativeExperience with HR and recruitment tools such as BreatheHR, Workable, and Leapsome is a bonusPersonal Attributes
