As Emms grows we look to employ new Class 1 HGV Drivers (C+E status). The job will vary between general road transport trailer deliveries to UK wide container and trailer shipments.

Whatever the job, you will be required to spend nights away from home sleeping in your truck. It can be like camping without putting up the tent! So if you don’t like camping and want to be home every night think again! When you are tachograph time expired for the day you must stop.

Nights out are part of the job. However for every night spent in the lorry we pay a tax free over night allowance payment in addition to your salary.

This can substantially increase your net income. Our Articulated Vehicles are large spacious and comfortable. Many of our fleet have double bunk full sleeper cabs and are active space Iveco Stralis.

They are so large you can stand up in them with ladders to the top bunk. Lots have air conditioning for hot days and air suspension for a smooth ride.

Our wage bands are attractive fair and competitive.
