Hours : 7 : 15am until 4pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary : £16.87 per hour

Polytec are looking for an Experienced Assembly Technician for our client based just west of Cambridge. You will have good hands-on experience of high precision mechanical assembly and testing skills.

Responsibilities :

Assembly and sub-assembly of small mechanical / electrical sub modules and functional test stages within the flow line
Trouble-shoot malfunctions, carry out modifications and build prototypes as required
Undertake testing to the vacuum specification
Responsible for the maintenance of test equipment

Requirements :

Good hands-on experience of high precision mechanical assembly and testing

Ability to follow established procedures to ensure that agreed deadlines and manufacturing targets are met
