Overview

We’re Hiring : Time Served Platers – Winsford

Ambitek is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Winsford, who are looking to expand their team with a number of skilled Time Served Platers.

Responsibilities

Plating components from 20mm – 40mm plate
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Using a variety of tools and equipment in a structural steel setting
Delivering work to a consistently high standard within given timeframes

What We’re Looking For

Time Served with a solid background in structural steel plating

Proven experience working with thick plate materials

Ability to work independently from technical drawings and specifications

Willingness to complete and pass a trade test before starting

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday : 7 : 45am – 4 : 45pm

Friday : 7 : 45am – 12 : 45pm (early finish!)

Pay Rates (CIS or Umbrella)

Basic : £23.09 per hour

Overtime : £31.44 per hour (after 39 hours)
