Location : Hybrid – Harpenden HQ (2 days p / w) + remote; occasional site visits to gyms for research

Mission

Drive Marchon Training’s growth by creating scroll-stopping, high-converting creatives to accelerate Marchon’s journey to become a global fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative ad production end-to-end, from strategy, ideation, and scripting to shooting, editing, and iteration.
• Write high-converting scripts, hooks, and CTAs rooted in user insights and consumer psychology
• Establish systems to scale content by using freelancers, creators, and AI tools
• Source, manage, and brief UGC creators
• Build and maintain a system to test multiple creative angles, hooks, and formats each week
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to run a high-tempo testing process : launch variations weekly, analyze data, and iterate
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand objectives, campaigns, product, and feature launches
• Conduct user and competitor research to inform new creative angles and formats
