Core Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimisation
Own paid media execution across Meta and Google.Analyse and optimise campaigns daily to hit KPIs.Use Shopify, Triple Whale, and ad account data for insights.Strategy & Planning
Build and execute campaign roadmaps aligned with client objectives.Recommend creative tests and data-led optimisations.Support account directors in long-term client planning.Client Communication
Deliver clear, actionable insights in updates and reports.Educate clients on results and opportunities for growth.Requirements
What Success Looks Like
6 Months – Managing accounts independently with consistent ROI.
12 Months – Trusted to own larger accounts and advise strategically.
24 Months – Progression into Performance Lead, managing both clients and team members.
