About the Role

• Position : Band Coach (Rock and Pop Music Teacher)
• Hours : Monday - Friday, daytime only
• Location : This role involves teaching at multiple schools around Coventry and surrounding areas (Daventry, Leamington Spa, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Halesowen & Birmingham). You must have a full UK driving license and car.
• Salary : Currently £26,000, increasing to £27,000 from November
• Additional Earnings : Band Coaches can earn +£1,500 OTE through our performance-related bonus scheme (with the potential to earn up to £32,500 per annum in the future)
• Holiday : 11 weeks fully paid school holidays
• Travel : 45p per business mile travelled, plus access to a motor assistance program
• Start date : October 2025
