Key Duties :

Provide classroom support to teachers across a range of subjects

Work with students on a 1 : 1 basis or in small groups to boost progress

Assist with behaviour management and help maintain a positive classroom environment

Support pupils with SEN by adapting learning resources and encouraging independence

Contribute to planning and preparation of learning activities

To be considered for this role, you will need :

A degree or strong academic background (ideal for aspiring teachers)

Previous experience working with young people (school, tutoring, mentoring or volunteering)

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with secondary school students

A proactive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting learning
