Teaching Assistant - Rainham

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive secondary school team in Rainham . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, particularly those with special educational needs.

As a Teaching Assistant , you will be required to provide specialist SEN classroom support, as well as assist SEN pupils within a mainstream setting. Working with students across KS3 and KS4 , you'll play an important role in helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver focused support to pupils with special educational needs

Assist in both classroom and small group settings

Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment

Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to implement support strategies

Encourage independence and confidence in student learning

Position Details :

Role : Teaching Assistant

Location : Secondary School in Rainham

Start Date : As soon as possible

Key Stages : KS3 and / or KS4

Pay : 90 - 105 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract Type : Full-time, Term Time
