Job description? Location : Watford Office, London ? Be the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, offering expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy. Oversee tenancy progressions, ensuring smooth transitions and full compliance with financial, rental, and legal matters. Manage maintenance issues and coordinate projects to ensure properties are well-maintained. Lead inspections, advise landlords on property conditions, and handle end-of-tenancy procedures. Mentor and support junior members of the team, sharing knowledge and best practices. Minimum 6 months of property management experience. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of properties and handle maintenance, compliance, and tenant relations. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
