The Role – SEMH Teaching Assistant

This SEMH TA position is for a dedicated and resilient individual who has experience supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will be working closely with students aged 11–16, many of whom present challenging behaviour and require emotional support. As a SEMH TA, you will work alongside the class teacher and behaviour team to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
