M&E Services Manager (BMS Manager)

Overview

We now seek an M&E Services Manager (BMS Manager) to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage building services designs, information and sub-contractors for a portfolio of specific projects, from enquiry stage through to handover and aftercare.
• Manage the successful integration and delivery of MEP services for projects, ensuring our supply chain delivers the required benchmarks of Health and Safety, Quality, and programme compliance.
• Produce detailed commissioning programmes and manage the entire commissioning process, ensuring seamless integration of all building services.
• Take charge of the management and coordination of all utilities installations and related statutory authorities, working across departments in alignment with the Inter-Departmental Integration of Activities Schedule.
• Ability to obtain / maintain CSCS accreditation.
