Position : Customer Success Manager - iGaming
Company Overview :
This company is the market leader in providing solutions that improve player acquisition and retention for casino and sportsbook operators and suppliers, through a combination of traditional and AI / ML solutions. It has an office based in the UK and employs over 40 staff both in the UK and across the globe.
Role Overview :
You can be based anywhere in the UK, but please note it is 2-3 days per week in their London office or regular team meetings with senior management in Gibraltar. The main focus of this role will be relationship management of existing clients, cross-selling and up-selling their suite of four products. You will also be responsible for training clients on this product suite and providing support with any issues they face.
Qualifications :
To be successful, you will be dynamic, analytical, and willing and able to work autonomously. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a B2B or B2C client-facing role in the iGaming industry, ideally with a technical background. For this role, you will need to be technically astute and understand complex products / solutions and be able to showcase this.
