Overview
Business Analyst Horsham (Hybrid Role) Salary : £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Our client, based in Horsham, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, streamlining processes, and turning data into meaningful insights that drive business improvements.
Responsibilities
- Working with teams across the business to review systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Gathering and analysing data to create clear, actionable recommendations
- Supporting delivery through Agile practices such as sprint planning and Scrum
- Documenting and managing projects effectively using Confluence and Jira
