Interim Leveraged / Asset Finance Lawyer (fully remote) – £145k–£155k – Confidential Client (x2)

Interim Leveraged / Asset Finance Lawyer opportunities with two confidential clients. Start date in November / December 2025. These can be fully remote. Timeframe : 6–12 months. Reasonable hours : 9–6pm.

Key components of the role

• Advising members of the business on structuring, drafting and negotiating asset finance documentation, including leasing, hire purchase, sale and leaseback, and refinancing transactions.
• Updating existing financing templates used by the business. Formulating policy documents and working with external counsel on transaction structures.
• Reviewing project finance documentation for participation in syndicated senior credit facilities.
