You'll be working on our fabulous sites across our Southern region.

What you will do : Sales & Targets

• Proactively manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver against KPIs, including visitor-to-reservation conversion rates.
• Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser
• Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients
• Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
