Work Pattern : Shift pattern, alternating weekly between : 7am-3.30pm, 8am - 4 : 30pm, 8 : 30am -5pm

Salary : £25,348.00 per annum

Working within a busy Sales Team in the construction materials industry, you will support the Sales Team in the day to day running of the office, advising, and taking orders from customers. You will be trained on our diverse range of company products, consisting of construction aggregates and recycled materials. You will be dealing with large and small load deliveries including, aggregates, concrete orders and waste materials and solutions.

Duties

• Take customer orders and provide quotations via telephone, email and in person.
• Organise deliveries as per customer requirements, liaising with the Transport Team and using trucking sheets.
• Assist Sales Managers with tasks as required.
• Send formal quotations via email.
• Be confident in dealing with a wide range of customers, from the public to large construction companies.
• Upsell products where appropriate and promote other areas of the business.
• Assisting in handling and distributing emails from the group inbox.
• Confidently be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Be confident in dealing with customers via phone, email and in person.
• Ensuring that the Company’s activities comply with legislation and regulation concerning Health, Safety and Welfare, Quarry Regulations, Environmental and Quality control the role will be required to learn, understand, and adhere to all policies and procedures.
