The School and Role

Vision for Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated SEN Tutor to work in a provider of education and social care services for children and adults aged 16 plus who have a diverse range of complex needs and disabilities. As a SEN Tutor you will be teaching small groups of 16+ learners in core subjects such as English and Maths. The role will be part time 3 days a week.

In this role you will work with some of the local authorities most vulnerable young people, supporting them in developing key skills which will in turn support them in transitioning into life after education.

Responsibilities

• Teach small groups of learners aged 16+ in core subjects such as English and Maths.
• Deliver engaging lessons that support learners with diverse needs and disabilities.
• Support learners in developing key skills for progression and life after education.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to support learner outcomes.
