A Head of HR to : Lead the HR function
Manage the full employee life-cycle
Review the HR function and modernise it
Play a key role in significantly changing the HR function and embedding best practice across the organisation
Reviewing and update HR policies and processes,
Line manage one HR professional
Support with the implementation and roll out of a new HRIS and ATS, and aligning this to new processes
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
Support the organisation's leadership team during this interim period of change
Manage employee relations casework
Lead staff well-being initiativesProfile
A successful Head of HR should have :
Previous line management experience
Previous experience in updating a HR function
Previous experience working in Education essentialJob Offer
Head of HR - Can be an interim role, temp to perm or a straight permanent hire
Up to £58,000 with the potential to increase after probation
