Retail HR Manager

Retail HR Manager - Fashion | London

We're partnering with a leading fashion retailer to hire a Retail HR Manager, reporting into the Head of HR, to support UK store operations and London head office. This is a hands-on, people-first role where you'll partner with Area / Store Managers and Heads of Department to drive performance, culture and capability across a fast-paced retail estate.

What you'll be doing

Partner with retail leadership on all people matters : workforce planning, succession, talent pipelines and store openings / closures.

Lead ER across the region (advice, investigations, disciplinaries / grievances), coaching managers to handle issues confidently and fairly.

Own the retail people plan : engagement, wellbeing, DE&I initiatives and ways of working that lift performance.

Oversee recruitment across stores with a focus on quality hire and speed to fill; support assessment and selection.

Shape learning and development : induction, manager capability, bite-size training and on-the-job coaching.

Guide annual cycles (performance, pay / reward inputs, bonus...
