Trainee Sales Broker

My client is a fast-growing, investment company based in Bromley, committed to delivering outstanding service and value to our clients. With a dynamic team and a strong reputation in the industry, they are now looking to expand there sales force with confident and motivated sales professionals.

Role Overview

As a Trainee Broker, youll be responsible for engaging potential and existing customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You'll work in a vibrant office environment with full support and training, helping you succeed and exceed your targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Promote the companys products / services confidently and professionally

Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Accurately update customer records in the CRM system

Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships

Handle objections and close sales effectively

What Were Looking For

Previous experience in telesales or a phone-based sales role (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
