Maintenance Manager

Overview

MJM Industrialis seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to work directly for a global leader in automation systems for Airports, Parcel, and Warehousing. The distribution centre operates an automated material handling system, running 16 / 7 to support a UK-wide network. The on-site team ensures high system availability and order fulfilment, with potential to scale to 24 / 7 as operations expand.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Maintenance Manager, you will serve as the local representative, ensuring a reliable and skilled on-site service team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the client, the customer, and external suppliers.
• Leading and managing the local service team, ensuring effective execution of the service contract, including budget oversight and cost control.
• Serving as the single point of contact for the customer regarding all operational and technical matters on site.
• Driving continuous improvement in system performance and operational processes, while actively pursuing professional growth and development.
• Promoting a strong safety-first culture and ensuring all team activities align with Safety, Quality, and Environment (SQE) Management System.
