This is an exciting opportunity to lead the on-site maintenance operations at a high-performance distribution centre in Daventry. The site operates a sophisticated automated materials handling system supporting a major logistics network across the UK. With potential for expansion into 24 / 7 operations, your leadership will be key in maintaining high system availability and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

As Maintenance Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all operational and technical matters on site. Your role will include :

Leading and managing a dedicated on-site service team

Ensuring contract delivery, cost control, and budget management

Maintaining strong relationships with the customer and suppliers

Driving continuous improvement in system performance and team operations

Fostering a culture of safety and compliance in line with internal SQE standardsRequirements :

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in automated systems. Ideal candidates will have :

HNC (or equivalent) in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering
