• Partner with managers to provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives including talent development, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve our people processes.
• Champion our culture and values, helping to create an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
