Were hiring an experienced Regional People Partner to provide maternity leave cover on a fixed-term contract (Nov 2025 Nov 2026) for our London and South East region . Youll be at the heart of leading, supporting, and inspiring our teams across the region. In this role, you will :

• Coach and guide managers while supporting wellbeing and engagement
• Lead on employee relations, change projects, and succession planning
• Use data and insight to drive performance across the region
• Partner with the Regional Manager to drive the regions commercial success
