SEN Teaching Assistant / Special Education Classroom Support - SN2

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting students with SEN needs, using creativity and adaptability to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire growth and confidence.
  • Promoting the use of digital media and innovative techniques in the classroom.
  • Encouraging positive behavior, emotional resilience, and academic achievement in pupils.
  • Building strong relationships with the wider school community to foster a collaborative learning environment.

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Experienced in working with children with special educational needs.
  • Patient, adaptable, and organized, with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in communication, with a commitment to promoting digital media in education.
  • Enthusiastic and creative, with a good sense of humor and a positive outlook.
