About The Role

Are you the one quietly making magic happen behind the scenes in training and apprenticeships? We’re PETA Training and Consultancy, a well-respected training provider based in Portsmouth, and we’re on the lookout for our next Head of Operations. This isn’t just any leadership role. You’ll be the heartbeat of our delivery – overseeing quality, funding, business performance and, crucially, acting as our Ofsted Nominee and Designated Safeguarding Lead. It’s a big role, but one with real purpose. If you’re passionate about employer-led training, know your way around apprenticeship funding, and get excited about raising the bar on quality and compliance – we’d love to hear from you.
