Head of New Business – Brand Experience Agency – London

Are you a Head of New Business looking for an exciting new opportunity?

DNA Recruit is working with a leading London-based Brand Experience agency , known for delivering immersive and commercially impactful experiences for global brands, to find them a dynamic Head of New Business . This is your opportunity to join a multi-award-winning team that fuses creativity, technology, and behavioural science to create unforgettable experiences across both digital and physical spaces.

About the Role :

This pivotal leadership role will see you driving the agency’s growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, forging high-value partnerships, and converting prospects into long-standing client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring not just sales expertise but a consultative, strategic mindset and a genuine passion for brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the charge on identifying and converting new business opportunities aligned with the agency’s strengths and vision.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
  • Develop and deliver tailored business development strategies and market entry plans.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation and pitch to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, design, and project teams to craft client-winning solutions.
  • Represent the agency at key industry events and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and emerging client needs.

Skills and Experience Required :

  • Proven track record in Business Development at a senior level, ideally within Brand Experience, Experiential, Creative, or Events agencies.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Demonstrable experience of nurturing strategic partnerships and long-term client growth.
  • Commercially astute with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Salary : £70,000 – £90,000 per annum plus Commission & Bonus

    Location : London (5 days in-office with flexible working options)
