About the Role : The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently maintained. Working alongside a dedicated and professional team, the Registered Manager will oversee all operational aspects and drive continuous improvement across care quality, staffing, occupancy, and regulatory outcomes.
