The Role : Deliver inspiring Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 , with the opportunity to teach A-Level Drama for the right candidate. Develop and refine curriculum materials that align with national standards while promoting creativity and self-expression. Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback that nurtures growth, academic success, and creative development. Use assessment data to inform teaching practices, address learning gaps, and offer tailored support to individual students. Contribute to the school’s ongoing development , engaging in reflective practice and participating in school-wide initiatives and improvement plans. Play an active role in the school community , supporting extracurricular drama clubs, performances, and other school events. Requirements : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) . Proven experience teaching Drama in secondary schools. Strong knowledge of the Drama curriculum . A Bachelor’s degree in Drama , Theatre Studies , or a related subject (desirable). Why Join Us?
