I’m recruiting on behalf of a full-service marketing agency already thriving across SEO, Content, Social, Influencer, Paid Search, and Paid Social. They’re looking for a strategic, ambitious leader to drive the next phase of growth, with a clear, structured path to Managing Director.

From day one, you’ll be:

• Setting the vision — Creating and owning the overall strategy, not just delivering someone else’s.
• Leading leaders — Managing the senior team and driving performance across all departments.
• Growing the business — Expanding into new markets, developing key accounts, and building a strong foundation for long-term growth.

What You’ll Bring
