This is a supportive primary school in Dagenham that caters for children with autism and complex needs. Staff work closely together to provide an inclusive and engaging learning environment where every pupil is supported to reach their full potential.

About the role :

The SEN Teaching Assistant will work 1 : 1 and in small groups, supporting children with autism, communication difficulties, and other complex needs. The role involves assisting with learning, behaviour support, and personal care where required. Full training and support will be provided.

Promote independence, communication, and social skills

Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement learning plans
