Key Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant :
Support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum
Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs
Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement

Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable
