Main Responsibilities

• Quoting : Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts, covering both our own machinery and other OEM equipment.
• Order Management : Enter orders into production systems, generate purchase orders, and coordinate timely procurement from suppliers.
• Shipping & Logistics : Organise dispatch of parts via couriers and pallet networks; arrange fittings when necessary.
• Project Coordination : Manage a range of tasks from straightforward replacements (e.g. ducting) to more complex spare part requirements.
• Record Keeping : Maintain thorough documentation of quotes, orders, inventory levels, and dispatches.
• Teamwork : Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
