Position: Marketing Specialist
Location: Biggleswade

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness across the UK. Your mission will be to put Kramp front-of-mind for our target audiences — from end users to our dealer network — using products, campaigns, and compelling content to tell our story and grow our market presence.

In this fast-paced role, you will balance long-term brand-building with day-to-day marketing delivery. You will collaborate closely with our global marketing team to deliver group-wide marketing campaigns, while ensuring they are adapted and localised for maximum relevance and impact in the UK market. You will also support our external sales team, helping them strengthen relationships with customers and drive activity in dealerships, as well as on our dealer-inclusive online platform.

What is your role?

  • Lead the charge in driving UK brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to deliver global campaigns, putting a local spin on them to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the UK market.
  • Actively seek out product and market information to create engaging, accurate, and persuasive content.
  • Support our external sales team with marketing materials, campaigns, and tools to help them support customers and dealers.
  • Build campaigns that both strengthen the Kramp brand and increase turnover for your product areas.
  • Create content for multiple channels — social media, email, website content pages — tailored to different audiences (B2B and B2C).
  • Plan and execute segmented email campaigns to targeted customer groups.
  • Support dealer marketing activities designed to bring end users into dealerships or onto our online platform.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in planning and promoting events and exhibitions (experience helpful but not essential).

Who are you?

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced B2B or B2C environment.
  • Natural relationship-builder, able to connect and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong customer-first mindset, always putting the audience at the heart of campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in:Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.Crafting and editing copy for impactful marketing campaigns.Building content pages within a CMS.Delivering effective email marketing and segmentation strategies.Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.

What do we offer?

We are an ambitious, fast-growing and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:

  • Competitive salary

About us

At Kramp, we keep farmers moving. As Europe’s leading agricultural wholesaler, we supply over 500,000 products to agricultural, forest & grass care, and construction businesses. Across Europe, the Kramp Group delivers over £1 billion in turnover each year. Our online business is growing rapidly, and we lead the market thanks to our next-day delivery service. We understand that when a part breaks in the field, farmers need it immediately — delays can mean losing valuable time to weather conditions and risking British food production.

We meet this challenge through a network of over 3,000 knowledgeable dealers who sell directly to farmers, supported by our innovative online platform. This allows end users to order parts from their dealer — even from the middle of a field — using the Kramp app on their phone, ensuring they get the right part, fast. Our combination of speed, service, and expertise keeps the wheels of UK agriculture turning.

Thanks to our ambitions we are active throughout Europe and have a leading position in the agricultural market for parts. We heavily invest in E-Business and innovations. Our aim is to make it easy for our customers to run their businesses. Working at Kramp means working with over 3500 international colleagues. The people at Kramp are enthusiastic, professional and involved. We speak our customers’ language, understand their challenges and earn their trust to exceed their expectations. Our promise “It’s that easy” is embedded in our culture and DNA.

Working at Kramp means:

… you belong here! Being part of our open business community
… your work makes a difference! Have an impact on what matters

you will develop and realize! Learn and realize your potential
