Graduate Quantity Surveyor - @One Alliance

Overview

Are you a commercially minded graduate ready to build a meaningful career? Join our growing commercial team working on high-impact water and environmental infrastructure projects across East Anglia. We will support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions. You will assist with contract administration and commercial reporting, monitor project costs, identify risks, and manage change processes. You will liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients (e.g. Anglian Water). You will ensure compliance with NEC contracts, procurement frameworks, and commercial procedures. You will contribute to value engineering, cost-saving initiatives, and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities
