Company & Project : A regional Main Contractor with a busy pipeline of work across Cambridgeshire are looking to grow their Commercial team due to new projects secured. The business works across the Mixed-Use, Residential, Education and Healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will be joining the business to work on a project c£20m Education project in Cambridge.

With a clear structure and programme in place for their employees personal development, this role is a very good opportunity for a surveyor to lead their own projects in a collaborative team environment.

Duties & Responsibilities : The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to; measurement & valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract orders and enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts .
