What we’re looking for…

As our People Performance Partner aligned to our Commercial and Central functions - you will take on a leadership role where you can truly shape our culture of high performance.

This isn't just a role in HR; it's a strategic partnership where you'll be the driving force behind our people performance and development initiatives. You'll work closely with leaders and colleagues across your functions, using your expertise to analyse performance data, identify key trends, and implement frameworks and tools that foster a culture of continuous improvement.

As a coach and facilitator, you'll empower our teams to achieve their full potential, ensuring their growth and success are directly tied to our business objectives. If you're passionate about people and have a knack for turning data into action, this is your chance to make a real difference and play a vital role in the success of our Commercial function

Your responsibilities will include...

Performance Framework & Execution

• Drive the adoption and consistent application of the performance management framework across the commercial organisation
• Equip leaders to set clear, ambitious goals and hold their teams accountable for results, fostering a culture of continuous, high-quality feedback
• Translate business objectives into measurable performance initiatives, continually tracking their effectiveness through data to ensure they drive commercial success
