Role : Learning and Development Manager

Location : West End, London (Permanent - Hybrid 3 : 2)

Employer : A leading UK based media and entertainment group (partnered with TigerHR)

Note : This is a brand new role to shape how the client develops and grows their people, with a focus on meaningful learning, career progression, and strong manager capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of the core development offering, managing the full L&D cycle from needs analysis to facilitation, coaching, and impact measurement. You will also lead management development programmes and help managers drive performance.
• Drive succession planning, talent mapping, and high-potential development initiatives to build future capability.
• Oversee the learning platform, ensuring content is engaging, impactful, and accessible on demand.
• Act as project lead for development initiatives and support with budget management.

About You

You will be an experienced Learning & Development professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering company-wide programmes, with a particular strength in building management capability. Bring a strong knowledge of L&D best practice, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Adaptable and confident in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple projects while keeping learning initiatives practical, impactful, and business-focused. You will be down-to-earth, dynamic, approachable and able to connect well with managers and employees alike.
