Job Title : Infrastructure & Service Operations Lead

Work pattern : Full time / Permanent / Office based

This is a full-time permanent position, based in our London office. We operate on a hybrid working arrangement and require a minimum of 2 days in the office. Responsibilities

• Reporting into the Head of Infrastructure & Service Delivery, lead the UK Media Infrastructure & Service Operations to establish an in-house service that delivers outstanding user experience for UK staff and ensures governance, processes and guidelines are effectively operated across the UK.
• Deliver a robust operations service that maintains safety for colleagues and clients; apply security policies and guidelines across all services (patching, security tooling, vulnerabilities).
• Ensure engineers on site provide a high level of service for clients and employees; oversee capability and performance to build and support a best-in-class on-prem service operations team.
• Collaborate with Global Infrastructure and Global Service Desk teams to foster strong cross-team collaboration.
